This immersive workshop will be hosted along Perry Culinary Services who will show you how to prepare the perfect cheese board! From how to cut the cheese to how to present it! Oh and you get to keep the board at the end of the night! Perfect to celebrate Valentine's Day next to your loved one or your friends!
In this interactive class and lab, we will be tasting 6 delicious wines, each paired with a carefully selected cheese, while certified Sommelier Mary Montalvo, guides you through the principles of pairing, the tasting notes to look for, and how to select the perfect accompaniments.
