Hosted by Sommelier Ryan Shinn of Tryon Distributing, this effervescent evening will feature 10 unique Cavas, showcasing the vibrant range of Spain’s beloved sparkling wine—from crisp Brut Nature, to elegant Rosé, and aged Reserva selections.
To complement the tasting, enjoy an array of Pintxos crafted by Perry Culinary Services as an add-on value to your experience.
✨ Pintxos (pronounced peen-chos) are small bites traditionally served in the Basque region of Spain—often skewered or perched on slices of bread and layered with bold, flavorful ingredients. They're the perfect pairing for sparkling wine, offering bite-sized bursts of savory, salty, and umami-rich flavors.
